Our program is designed to provide you with the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary for an entry-level technician position in a retail, hospital, or home health pharmacy setting.
Our beautiful campuses are outfitted with the latest in laboratory and computer equipment. With our hands-on program, you'll learn dosage calculations, product recognition, and drug distribution systems. Major emphasis is placed on learning the trade and generic names of selected drugs and their classification. You'll also learn pharmaceutical and medical terminology including abbreviations and symbols used in prescribing, dispensing and charting.
